Simple Payment Form

Thank you for hosting your event at Soul Connections Community Center.

You have verbally confirmed the availability of your events with the Event Coordinator and you have confirmed your reservation by filling out one of the Reservation forms with the specific details of your event. 

This Simple Payment Form may be used for:
Choose only one option in the form.
Option 1. Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly reoccurring events that are already scheduled with the Event Coordinator. These event space payments should be paid 2 weeks before the event occurs  unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.

Option 2. The balance of your Retreat event space rental.

Option 3. In-store payments for Community Center Events. The Event Coordinator and the Facilitator use this option when the person and their credit card are present in the Soul Connections Store.

You may pay for any number of weekday or weekend hours. Alternately you may pay a total amount (not associated with hours) if you are paying the balance of your Retreat rental fee.

If you do not pay for your event within 2 weeks before the event this may result in a cancellation.
